•As Founding Partner at Lightbox Ventures, a $400M+ India-focused multistage venture fund, he raised capital from global LPs including sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.
•He led investments in companies that went on to become market leaders and oversaw value creation as a lead board member and advisor to founders.
•Prior to Lightbox, Prashant served as CEO of Komli Media, transforming it into Asia’s leading ad-tech platform with over $55M in revenues and raising $80M+ in equity and debt.
•He also held a leadership role at Yahoo! in the US and Singapore, where he led revenue generation across emerging markets including India, MENA, SEA, and Latin America.
•Prashant holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Biochemistry from Rutgers University.
•He is a passionate mentor to founders and an early-stage investor in over 25 startups. An avid triathlete and cyclist, he is currently training for his first ultra trail race.
